An OnlyFans model and TikToker has gone viral after uploading a video in which a man at the gym she was working out at told her she was an example of what is wrong with girls today. Ouch.

was he valid for this

In the video, captioned, “This is why 2024 is unsafe for women,” Madi Ruvee can be seen bouncing while squatting, holding a ball, pouting, and, naturally, filming it all. Shortly after the start of the video, a man walks up and asks her what she’s doing. She responds, “My leg day warmup,” which he doesn’t buy. Instead, he replies, “No, don’t give me that bullshit, I know you know what you’re doing.” He follows that up with, “You realize you’re actually what’s wrong with girls,” before telling her to “keep this shit online” and kicking her phone over.

The comments were not in Ruvee’s favor. The most-liked comment reads, “100% valid, you was not stretching,” while another popular comment reads, “It’s the facial expressions. Pulse squats is one thing but adding facial expressions to make it look like something else is where she went wrong.”

This is undoubtedly referring to the way she was pouting and staring down the camera, things that aren’t typically associated with workout routines but may be associated with fetish content for an OnlyFans page.

In a follow-up video, Ruvee defended herself, arguing that “before I started OF I was doing that same stretch every leg day,” and explicitly calling out the women in her comments who were criticizing her and saying she deserved to have her phone kicked and be “harassed” in public.

Her theory regarding the man’s motivations was that he knew who she was and what she does for work, and that it “made him angry” because “guys tend to get mad at things they can’t have.”

Despite going viral and being fairly widely shamed online, Ruvee’s probably come out on top during this entire thing — she’s now rebranded as the “squat pulse girl,” which has given her a market differentiator and a leg up on the OnlyFans competition.

I guess it’s true what they say: Make sure you never skip leg day.
